UPPAbaby Vista V2 vs Babyzen YOYO2
The two most cross-shopped premium strollers of the last few years — but they're built for nearly opposite jobs. Here's which one matches your actual life.
Last reviewed: 2026-08-23. Specifications verified against UPPAbaby's archived official Vista V2 page and authorized-retailer listings (Seedlings, Strolleria, Kidsland, Bebeang Baby); recall databases checked this date (sources below).
The short answer
The Vista V2 is a full-size convertible system: a true bassinet included from day one, a toddler seat rated to 50 lb, and room to grow into a double (RumbleSeat + riding board) if your family does. It's heavy — about 26.6 lb — and takes up serious trunk space. The YOYO2 is the opposite bet: at roughly 13.6 lb with a fold of just 20 × 17 × 7 in, it fits airline overhead bins and apartment closets, carries a child up to about 48.5 lb (per authorized-retailer listings), and sacrifices bassinet-included value and double capability to get there.

Where the Vista wins: the full system
The Vista is the only one of these two that can be your only stroller. The included bassinet gives newborns a flat lie — the position pediatric guidance favors for young infants who can't yet sit supported — and when baby outgrows it, the toddler seat reverses, reclines, and holds up to 50 lb. Add a RumbleSeat and a riding board later and it moves two kids at once. The trade is bulk: at 26.6 lb with a wide folded footprint, you'll feel it every time you lift it into a trunk.
Where the YOYO2 wins: the fold
Nobody buys a YOYO2 instead of a Vista because it has more features — they buy it because it disappears when not in use. The 20 × 17 × 7-inch folded package slides into an airplane overhead bin, a restaurant booth, or a hallway closet, and at ~13.6 lb it's half the Vista's weight to carry. For city families, frequent flyers, or anyone whose "second stroller" would otherwise never leave the house, that compactness is the whole product. What you give up: no included newborn solution, no second-rider path, smaller wheels that prefer smooth pavement.
Still deciding? Answer three questions.
Our verdict
Buy the Vista if it needs to be your only stroller from birth through the toddler years — especially with a sibling on the horizon. The bassinet-included newborn setup and 50 lb seat ceiling are things the YOYO2 structurally cannot offer.
Buy the YOYO2 if you already have (or don't need) a full-size stroller and the problem is transport: planes, taxis, trunk-less city life. Nothing about it is meant to replace a Vista; it's meant to go where the Vista can't.
Tie-breaker: newborn now and budget for one stroller → Vista. Second stroller for travel, or a compact-car/city-apartment primary → YOYO2.
Where to buy (verified Aug 2026): UPPAbaby Vista V3 (Greyson) — $999.99 at Amazon. Babyzen YOYO2: no verified Amazon US listing for the complete stroller (frame and color packs sell separately), so we're not linking a partial buy — purchase through an authorized Babyzen/Stokke retailer.
